Caroline's Celebration Cakes have been inspected by the Horsham District Council's Environmental Health Department and is registered with them. Caroline has been awarded 5 Stars in her environmental health inspection in 2012. Caroline has also attended a seminar on 'Safer Food, Better Business' in conjunction with HDC and the Food Standards Agency.
