My commitment is to the highest possible quality using finest ingredients (no packet mixes or bought in cakes) and free-range eggs. I offer wedding cakes and celebration cakes as rich fruit cake, sponge cake, luscious chocolate cake, lemon cake, carrot cake and farm house fruit cake.

Caroline has also attended a seminar on 'Safer Food, Better Business' in conjunction with HDC and the Food Standards Agency.
