Your wedding or celebration cake should be the centrepiece of the wedding reception or a party and I can ensure this by offering a wide range of wedding and hand crafted cakes to suit your design requirements and budget. My commitment is to the highest possible quality using finest ingredients and free-range eggs. I offer rich fruit, sponge, luscious chocolate, lemon, carrot and farm house fruit. I am also a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild. My wedding cakes can also be seen in Wedding Cakes: a Design Source, and Cakes & Sugarcraft, for whom I wrote articles over a four year period. West Sussex County Times also wrote "Caroline Frost`s life-like sugar and porcelain flowers could fool Alan Titchmarsh."

Caroline's Celebration Cakes have been inspected by the Horsham District Council's Environmental Health Department and is registered with them.

Caroline has also attended a semina on 'Safer Food, Better Business' in conjunction with HDC and the Food Standards Agency.
