Caroline has hand made all the flowers displayed in the Galleries, with the very rare exception as viewed in the Gallery ‘Fresh Flowers on Cakes’.

Many of the flower arrangements displayed in the galleries are made not from sugar, which is very fragile, or fresh flowers that perish, but from a food grade porcelain (china). This is not edible but does mean that the flower arrangements are a lasting memento of your special occasion and indeed of your wedding cake. Caroline has won an international Gold and Silver award for her hand made porcelain flower displays.

The porcelain flowers Caroline produces are ideal for wedding cakes, birthday cakes, silver wedding anniversary cakes, ruby, golden or indeed any anniversary cakes as well as chocolate cakes. When decorating a cake that requires edible decorations, such as flowers, Caroline hand crafts these from sugar.

Caroline's Celebration Cakes never make two cakes the same so your cake is unique to you. Very important when choosing a wedding cake. Caroline prides herself on producing cakes of quality rather than quantity, so every care is taken to make your bespoke cake to the highest standard.

PLEASE NOTE: The minimum order for cupcakes is 12 and for individual mini cakes is 6.
