Only the finest ingredients are used in my delicious wedding cakes, birthday cakes and celebration cakes, including free-range eggs. (No packet cake mixes or bought in cakes). I offer a rich fruit cake, Madeira, lemon, carrot cake, farmhouse fruit or a rich chocolate cake made with real Belgium chocolate bars (85% cocoa).
I am an experienced practitioner of sugarcraft with a City and Guilds teaching qualification in the subject. I also have Art and Design qualifications. These credentials underpin my work in designing individual wedding cakes on a commission basis, which I have been undertaking since 1990. I also regularly teach and demonstrate throughout Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey, so I will always have a broad range of materials available to help you decide upon a design.

Many celebration cake specialists produce sugar flowers, which I can also offer, but the majority of my clients are nowadays choosing porcelain displays for their wedding cake to ensure that the floral decoration remains durable for years to come. (All the wired flower sprays on the cakes featured in this website are hand made using porcelain). I only use porcelain products that comply with food grade legislation.
